Laura has built her brand around her own identity and gives back to her local community of the jewellery district of NYC through a family-run approach, each year donating a percentage of profits to organizations with a focus on uplifting women, people of colour and advocating equal rights. All components used to make Laura Lombardi jewellery are made by local and family-owned businesses and hand assembled in their Manhattan studio.

Through their commitment to the environment, Mashu drives change by using Pineapple leaves (a bi product of the fruit industry) Mashu employs the hemp derived in these to incorporate Pinatex as a cotton alternative within its products, requiring less land to cultivate, less waste and significantly less water to produce than cotton. Mashu is 100% Vegan, with all its suede and leather derived from recycled components and all its wood repurposed from otherwise discarded or burned bi product. Mashu creates all its products in Athens through a family-run factory, ensuring full transparency from their suppliers and cultivates the support of craftsmanship and talent through community across its best practice approach throughout its entire supply chain and production.

Velvet Canyon was born from the desire to create something beautiful and lasting – seamlessly merging the appeal of vintage with a minimalist and modern aesthetic. Their collections are thoughtful and timeless, with classic silhouettes, a variety of colour palettes and unique design through sensuality and style that shines through effortlessly. Their frames are created from acetate (a renewable material made of wood and cotton fibres), their lenses are recyclable and the vegan leather pouches are made from biodegradable PU. With their studio being solar powered and 1% of their online sales contributed to charities, the future looks bright for them, and for you too – of course, looking after the planet is everyone’s responsibility after all.
