RESPONSIBLE SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

Carbon no more: The only footprint we like is ours, in the sand of a desert island.
So, we decided to team up with UPS Carbon Neutral, to reduce the impact of shipping on the environment.

No Pack x RePack: Less is more. We’ve gone one step further with our No Packaging option. 
It’s simple - You’ll receive your item wrapped in a RePack envelope in our pretty white recycled & signature red biodegradable paper, that’s all.
Ps: Our stickers are biodegradable too.

RePack: Our re-usable packaging is cool, clean and well-travelled.
Made of durable and recycle material, reduce CO2 emissions by up to 80%, and there is no waste.
Just drop your RePack envelope in a mailbox (free of charge, anywhere in the world). It will be checked, cleaned and off on new adventures.
Oh, and you also get a reward.

 

UK & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

When you place an order the available shipping options and charges for your destination will be display automatically within your shopping bag.

Please note that for orders shipping internationally there is likely to be a customs charge upon arrival of your package that is determined from country to country. UPS will be in touch with you directly to facilitate that payment

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a link to track its progress online.

Our shipping partner, UPS, also offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive an SMS notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:

  • Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day
  • Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home
  • Arranging to collect your order from a UPS service point
    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
    1. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
    2. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched
    3. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers
    INSURANCE

    RECREATION insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. At checkout, you may have the option to select whether you’d like to sign for your delivery. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by RECREATION and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

    UPS can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, you can update your preference on the shipping page at checkout before proceeding to purchase. By waiving the signature, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

    Please note, if your delivery is above a certain value, you will not have the option to opt out of signature confirmation. This is to insure the safe arrival of your order.

    RETURN POLICY
    RETURNS

    Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll collect from your home, work or an alternative address.

    You have 28 days from receiving your order to:

    • Create your return in your RECREATION account or click here.
    • Send your purchase back to us

      Items must be returned to us unused with all RECREATION tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

       

      RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE ONLINE

      Click on the link provided in our returns email and enter your order number and postcode to track your order. Review your details and submit a request to get a return label. Take your item to the closest UPS Collection point so that it can be sent back to us!

       

      RECEIVING A REFUND

      You will receive your refund back to the original payment method.

      Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty or canceled under the ICACRs.

       

      OUR POLICY

      All items must be returned new, unused and with all RECREATION and designer garment tags attached within 28 days of receipt.

      Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

      • BAGS & ACCESSORIES

      All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

      Please handle light-coloured bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-coloured bags.

      • SHOES

      Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

      • LINGERIE & SWIMWEAR

      Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

      • JEWELLERY

      These pieces must be returned to us unworn with the presentation box, protective packaging and any designer cards or tags included.

       

      FAULTY GOODS

      Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

      If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact Customer Care.

      COLOURS

      We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on RECREATION as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

       

      REPEATED RETURNS

      We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your RECREATION account or future orders being refused.
